This service is only available during the summer offseason, from April 1st to September 30th, 2024.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you to tell you where to ship your Ski~Mojo.
Please do not hesitate to let us know in the “comments” section when you enter your address, if you have any particular concerns about your Ski~Mojo.
Please note:
- Please allow 4 to 6 weeks between the shipment to our workshop and the return to your home.
- Tariff valid only for France and neighbouring countries. For other countries: please contact us

Description
What does the servicing includes ?
Your Ski~Mojo will be completely disassembled to check all parts:
- Checking / replacing the cable if necessary
- Checking / replacing the pulley if necessary
- Checking / replacing the clips if necessary
- Checking all other parts of your Ski~Mojo
It is recommended to have your Ski~Mojo serviced after 70 to 90 days of use.
What is included :
- The replacement (if necessary) of cables, pulleys and rod clips;
- Return shipment to your home by standard carrier in France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Italie, Switzerland, the Netherland (other countries upon request).
What is not included :
- The shipping of your Ski~Mojo to our workshop in France;
- The replacement of parts other than cables, pulleys or clips (we will contact you before any intervention)
- Shipping back your Ski~Mojo outside of France, Spain, Belgium, Italie, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherland
