Unsurprisingly, testing the Ski~Mojo together with a Mojomaster (a Ski~Mojo expert) who will help you perfect the settings is more enjoyable and effective. Note that these accompaniments, made by experts Ski~Mojo experts or ski-instructors are often charged around € 50 and are not available in all stations. But have no fear: even without support, the satisfaction rate (scores of 4 and 5) remains 89% (against 95.5% with support). And our resellers are better and better trained so that these scores are balanced in the near future.

In summary :
This survey seems to confirm the formidable effectiveness of the Ski~Mojo on the knees and thighs. On the back and hips, the pain reduction brought by the Ski~Mojo is less spectacular but nevertheless confirmed.
No, using the Ski~Mojo is not going to make you lose muscle mass (even considering that a week of skiing without Ski~Mojo could muscle you up). Of course, every movement is less intense with the Ski~Mojo than without Ski~Mojo. But in the end, you will ski longer, take fewer breaks and more flexion-extensions.
Almost half of the users having discovered the pleasure of Ski~Mojo would not ski without anymore, even if they had no more problems of pain or fatigue.
